CRETECH AUSTIN STATUS

CREtech has been closely monitoring the recent developments with COVID-19, commonly known as coronavirus. Our commitment to the health and safety of you and our community is our highest priority, so we have made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel our Austin conference, scheduled for April 22-23, 2020.

I’m already registered – what happens now?

Thank you for your support of CREtech. We will automatically transfer your Austin registration to our upcoming New York Conference scheduled for September 30 – October 1 at Pier 36 which we just launched. CREtech New York is the largest global real estate tech and innovation show, attracting 2500+ global delegates and 100+ speakers who come together to see where the industry is headed. Please email Director of Events, Bethany Bevis at bethany@cretech.com if you have questions about the New York conference and why you should attend.

If you cannot attend the New York conference for any reason, please fill out this form and we will process a refund. You will get a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated.

What about all the amazing Austin content?

Our team is working hard to turn the conference into a live virtual event so that you can still hear from the same incredible speakers, network with an even LARGER, global audience and meet the visionaries behind the hottest technology companies. Stay tuned on this!

I already booked my flights to Austin. What can I do to get a refund?

Many airlines are currently waiving cancellation and/or change fees. Please visit your airline’s website or travel insurance provider for more information on updated change and cancellation policies.

I already booked my hotel. What should I do to cancel?

Please reach out to the properties directly and they can cancel your reservations. Each property has a generous cancelation policy, but do not wait to avoid any unnecessary fees.

I have been contacted by a company offering to sell me the Austin event attendee list.

It has come to our attention that 'companies' are contacting CREtech event attendees to offer the sale of an attendee mailing list. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. CREtech and our brands do not sell its meeting registration lists or authorized any third party to distribute or sell event attendee lists. CREtech cannot be held responsible for any interaction or sale with these fraudulent company(s). We take this matter very seriously and will do whatever possible to protect our attendees, partners, and exhibitors. If you are contacted by a company claiming to have access to an attendee list, do not respond to their message, even to 'unsubscribe' to additional messages, as this just informs the sender that your email address is active, and will usually result in an additional unwanted email.

I have more questions. Who can I contact?
